The Bharat Tex Expo, held from February 26-29, 2024, was celebrated as the largest global textile event in India, marked by a grand inauguration led by our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji. Several of our head women artisans were honoured to be part of this grand exhibit. Their joy and excitement were notable as they eagerly shared their unique stories and the intricate processes behind each handmade product. For many of these artisans, the experience was profoundly transformative; some had never before visited New Delhi, and others had never encountered an automatic escalator. The event showcased their dedication and the extraordinary journey from their local communities to the international stage, highlighting their remarkable craftsmanship and personal growth.
